When you fill out your cut sheet you will chose whether you want your product picked up fresh or frozen.

If you do not specify, it will be frozen.

We work quickly to get everything ready for you! Most orders are packed within a few days, though larger orders can take longer.

Please note that orders including grinding or sausage making will require additional time.

We will email your invoice at the same time we call.
